Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Cancelation Policy
Thank you for shopping with Crafty Cycle! Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when making a purchase.
Return Policy
At Crafty Cycle, we maintain a strict no return, no refund or exchange policy for all products UNLESS one of the following exceptions applies:
- Damaged Item: If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Misprinted Item: If the product you receive has a misprint, we will gladly assist with a resolution. However, Because each item is custom made, minor size deviations (up to 1 inch) and small print placement shifts may occur. Variations within standard production tolerance are normal and not considered defects. Items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or significantly misaligned will be resolved.
- Wrong Item or Color Sent: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will work to correct the mistake.
- UK & EEA Customers: Please read our policy below labeled "UK & EEA".
If your return meets one of the above exceptions, you will have 30 days to reach out to us. DO NOT wait until a few days before the 30 day mark to contact us or your issue may not be resolved in time.
Please contact us at info@craftycycle.com to make us aware of the problem. Please include your order number, pictures of the product and the issue you need assistance with.
Refund Eligibility for Non UK & EEA Customers
Customers outside the the UK & EEA may qualify for a refund only under the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged, misprinted, or not as described (wrong size, item, or color).
- You contacted us within 30 days of the delivery date.
- You provided clear photo proof of the issue.
All refunds must be approved by our team after review. If a refund is issued, it will be returned to your original payment method within 2 to 14 business days (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
What Is Not Covered
Our return policy does not cover:
- Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns or refunds if you change your mind about the product.
- Dislike of Product: We cannot accept returns or refunds based on personal preference after receiving the item.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. Please double-check your order details carefully before placing your order.
- Incorrect Address: If you accidentally enter the wrong address, we are not responsible for undeliverable items. Please double-check your address during checkout. If you think you made a mistake, contact us at info@craftycycle.com within 24 hours so we can attempt to update the shipping information. However, changes are not guaranteed if processing has already begun.
Why We Only Accept Returns For Damages, Misprints or Incorrect Items
Crafty Cycle uses third-party print providers, and all of our products are made on demand. This ensures that each item is custom-made for our customers, but it also means we cannot restock or resell returned items. For this reason, we cannot accept returns except in cases of damage, misprints, or incorrect items. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellation Policy
Customers have a 24-hour window to cancel their orders. To ensure a successful cancellation, we recommend contacting us immediately at info@craftycycle.com after placing your order. However, please note that cancellations are not guaranteed. If our third-party print provider has already begun processing or shipping your order, we may not be able to stop the fulfillment process. In such cases, cancellations will not be possible.
Order Verification and Payment Security
To protect our customers from fraud, we may request additional verification for certain orders. This may include verifying your billing address and confirming a 6-digit code found on your bank statement, which is associated with our company name.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we do not receive the requested information within 48-72 hours. If we cancel your order due to lack of verification, you may reach out to us to place a new order, provided the necessary verification is provided.
UK, EEA, and GPRS Compliance
We strive to comply with UK and EEA consumer protection regulations and the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPRS) to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience for our international customers.
UK & EEA Returns and Refunds for Non-Defective Items
Customers located in the UK or EEA have the right to return undamaged, correctly produced items in normal condition under the 14-day right of withdrawal. Please note the following requirements:
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Return Tracking: Returns must include tracking to ensure the item is delivered to our specified address.
- Refund Timing: Refunds will only be issued after we receive the returned item in its original, unused condition. Refunds take 2-14 business days (Monday through Friday excluding Holidays and weekends).
EU Warranty: Defects vs. Normal Wear and Tear
Products sold to the UK & EEA and are covered by a two-year legal guarantee against defects in materials or manufacturing.
Defects
Defects include issues caused by flaws in materials or manufacturing. Examples:
- Misaligned or missing printing.
- Stitching or seams coming apart prematurely.
- Significant discoloration or fading not caused by improper care.
Normal Wear and Tear
Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty. Examples:
- Fading, shrinking, or pilling from regular washing or wear.
- Minor scuffs or scratches from daily use.
- Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective Products: If a defect is identified and qualifies under the UK & EEA two-year warranty, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
- Non-Defective Returns: For returns under the UK & EEA 14-day right of withdrawal, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- Non-Eligible Returns: For items that do not meet the criteria for a defect or return, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including those for replacement.
How to File a Claim
For claims related to defects or warranty issues, customers should:
- Provide clear photos of the product showing the issue.
- Include a description of the problem and their order details.

If there is any dispute regarding defects, local UK & EEA consumer protection laws will guide the resolution.
