Shipping Policy

We work with multiple third-party print providers to fulfill our orders, and as such, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product and the provider. The following are general guidelines for processing and shipping, but please check the individual product descriptions for a closer estimation of processing and shipping times.

Processing Time

  • Typically, processing takes 2-7 business days but can go up depending on the specific product and time of year.
  • Please note that during high-demand periods (e.g., near or during holidays), processing times may be extended.

Shipping Time

  • Within the U.S.: 5-10 business days.
  • International: 10-30 business days.
  • For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories, please allow an additional 7-12 business days for shipping.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday.
  • Near or during holiday seasons, shipping times may increase. 

Due to varying processing times with different providers, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Shipping times may also be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays or shipping carrier issues.


Do International Customers Have to Pay Customs Fees, VAT, or Tariffs?

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, VAT, import duties, or tariffs based on their country’s laws. These charges are not included at checkout and may be collected by your local customs agency or shipping carrier before delivery.

Who Pays These Fees?

You, the customer, are responsible for paying any import taxes, VAT, customs duties, or tariffs required by your country. These are not included at checkout and may be collected by your local customs agency or delivery provider before the order is released.

Product Origin & Tariff Info

  • Most products (such as tote bags, magnets, blankets, metal signs, and travel bags) ship from the United States. These usually do not incur tariffs unless the order value exceeds your country’s import exemption limit (known as the de minimis threshold).
  • Car seat covers ship from China and may be subject to additional tariffs — even for U.S. customers. In the U.S., car seat covers may incur Section 301 tariffs of 30–70%, which are your responsibility.

What Is a De Minimis Threshold?

Each country sets a minimum value for imported goods before taxes or duties apply. This threshold varies by country. For example:

  • Canada: VAT applies to orders over C$40; duties apply over C$150.
  • European Union: VAT applies to all orders (even under €1); duties begin at €150.
  • Mexico: VAT/duties may apply to orders over around $50 USD.
  • Australia: GST and duties apply to orders over AUD 1,000.
  • China: Very low thresholds; U.S. goods often face tariffs regardless of order value.

These values are examples and subject to change. Please check your local customs office for the most current regulations.

Timing of Fees

If applicable, your customs agency or shipping provider will typically request payment before delivery is completed.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • U.S. Customers: You won’t typically owe additional fees on most products. However, car seat covers ship from China and may incur tariffs between 30–70%. These are your responsibility.
  • International Customers: You may owe VAT, customs duties, or tariffs depending on your country’s laws and the origin of the product. This applies to both U.S.-shipped items and car seat covers from China.

  • Review your country’s customs and VAT policies before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.
  • Contact your customs office if you're unsure about potential tariffs or taxes.
  • Be aware that international packages may face customs delays or additional processing time.

Please note: We do not control customs fees, tariffs, or delays caused by customs processing. By placing an order, you accept the possibility of additional charges based on your country’s import laws.
